While you focus on running your conference, we quietly come in and set up a fabulous silent auction fundraiser in the reception area (typically in the foyer outside your awards banquet room). When your members & guests come to the reception to meet, mingle and network, they have the opportunity to support your Scholarship or worthy cause at the silent auction tables. After your awards dinner is over, they pay and pick up their winning items. The best part for you, is that you don’t need to do anything but have a good time. We do all the work. A couple days later, you are sent a check along with a detail breakdown of all your winning items.
